This study examines strategies for developing print newspaper journalism in the Online Journalism 4.0 era. It identifies primary challenges—shifts to digital consumption, declining print circulation, and advertising pressures—and opportunities offered by advanced technologies. Adaptation strategies include artificial intelligence for automated content creation, big data–driven personalization, and multimedia integration. Content strategies emphasize format diversification—video, podcasts, infographics—alongside strengthened investigative reporting and community collaboration. Business models cover digital subscriptions, targeted advertising, donations, memberships, and strategic partnerships for diversified revenue. Social media integration is highlighted as crucial for distribution, engagement, and performance analytics, while upholding journalistic ethics and integrity to maintain public trust. The paper concludes that a holistic approach—merging technology adoption, quality content, innovative models, and ethical commitment—enables print newspapers to thrive. Recommendations call for ongoing digital infrastructure investment, journalist training, and strategic partnerships.
